From the very first time that I met Elizabeth and John Paul I was totally jazzed about this wedding. You have a wedding in a beautiful Cathedral, a 5-course afternoon lunchean, an evening reception, a stunning couple with tons of style and some of the best vendors in Atlanta to make the wedding one that they’ll never forget.
Two of the most genuinely nice people you’ll ever meet…

My assistant, Huy Cat, got this wide shot of the Cathedral.

And this is what I mean by style (my assistant Christina got this one)…

The two images above are at the Biltmore. This is what the inside looked like (thanks to Huy for getting these two)…

Amazing florals by Andy Beach…

Bold American hit another home run with this 5-course Parisan meal — this is course 4 and 5…

Later in the evening they held a reception for their guests at the Georgian Terrace. I was still a bit full from the meal at the Biltmore so I never got around to tasting the Karen Holleman cake, but I was told it was awesome…

Of course, while we’re there we had to get more shots. Clearly there are no shortage of good pictures of Elizabeth…

Here’s Grandpa getting into the reception action…

2006 Wrap Up…
I was a bad blogger in December. Barely a single post. December is supposed to be a light month but to my surprise it ended up being one of my busiest. I promise to do better.
January is going to be fun. In a couple weeks I’m off to Cancun and Campeche, Mexico to shoot weddings and I am really excited about that. I’m already booking up for 2007 and I’ll only be shooting a limited number of weddings so get in touch with me sooner rather than later. I’lll probably have another post about this subject in a few weeks.
God has blessed me and my family this year in innumerable ways so I want to thanks for all that He’s done and the faith I’ve been blessed with. I pray that your year was the same and that your new year is even better!
Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Ben, Christina, and Huy,
You have done an outstanding artistic representation of Elizabeth and John Paul’s wedding festivities. You truly captured the vision of the old world glamour and elegant style of both of them. I cannot say enough about the quality of your work, the professionalism of your staff, and the magnificent quality of the photography. It was a wonderful weekend and enjoyed by everyone. My phone has not stopped ringing to congratulate and compliment on this memorable occasion for our family and friends!
Thank you all so very much for being a part of our celebration and for providing such quality work. My best regards to you and wishes for a happy and successful New Year!
Much love to all,

Your daughter was such an awesome bride, so beautiful, kind and gracious and I’m sure that’s in no small part thanks to you. I’m sure we’ll be talking soon…

These are fantastic; there is definitely a lot of talent here! You three did an awesome job (a special thanks to Christina for zipping me into my dress… 30 minutes after we had first met!) The photos are great, and the three of you were so kind and helpful all day long! Can’t wait to see the CD!

Its fun to see all the weddings that went down on the holiday weekend!
Your choice of tones in B+W is stellar, if I were your client I’d say skip the color. Great perspective on the ceremony with the organist – that’s clever! ++
