Courtney & Chris

I knew I wanted to do their wedding the first time I met them. This is the couple that I blogged about when I first met them over dinner and they were so kind. Everything on their wedding day seemed to flow along effortlessly, partly due to Susan Graham at Bella Sera Weddings & Events who I have worked with a number of times.

While the girls were putting on the finishing touches at the salon…

…the guys were gathering at The Spotted Dog, a little pub conveniently located about half a block from the church where they were getting married, All Saints Episcopal Church… of course Huy was there to capture the evidence action…

Huy also got this beautiful image while I was setting up a shot from a different angle.

This is a shot just for Courtney. She was SOOO excited about her cake…

The Fernbank Museum of Natural History provided a really cool and unique atmosphere (see the dinosaur skeleton at the top left) for their reception.

This photo requires some explaining. Except I don’t know what to say. This photo will have special meaning to Courtney and Chris. I have no idea what, but it will. They wanted to have a picture with the possum. Always one to bend over backwards to please my couples, I was there to help them out…

Congratulations to Courtney and Chris! Have a fantastic time on your honey moon!

Ben

Wow!!! Ben and Huy - you did such a wonderful job and it was such a pleasure to have you around on the big day! These pictures really seem to capture how excited and proud both my sister and (now) brother-in-law were on that day. They both look so elegant - until the possum picture, of course - but hey, that’s just them. I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos! And I feel I have to comment on the one where Rod is styling my hair and we both look dumbfounded - I forget what we were discussing but both of us have the same “Can you believe that??” look on our face - classic. We had a ball chatting. Thanks again for your wonderful work!! Christin (aka - MOH - aka - Maid of Honor….)

Every single one of these shots is GORGEOUS, Ben. I’m SO impressed! (Ok, but that possum one is kinda weird!) Just stunning. You do such great work!
